Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for $8 within the United States, or $9.99 internationally. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 7 to 15 business days in the United States, and 7 to 20 business days internationally. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Singapore and Israel. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for tracking to update.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our products ship from different fulfillment warehouses, so orders with several items may arrive separately. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us with your order number. After that, we'll do our best to cancel or change it if it hasn't shipped yet.
Returns and guarantee
What is your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?
If you're not happy with an eligible item, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.
Can I return a derma roller or mouth tape I've opened?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened skin-contact items such as derma rollers, derma stamps, mouth tape, eye patches and tongue scrapers, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
My item arrived damaged or isn't working. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back. See our Refund Policy.
Using our products
Which derma roller needle length should I choose?
If you're new to microneedling, start with 0.25mm, which is gentle and focuses on glow and serum absorption. 0.5mm is the most popular length for texture and scalp routines. 0.5mm is typically for experienced users and need more time between sessions.
How often should I replace my derma roller or stamp?
Replace it after roughly 10 to 15 sessions, or sooner if the needles look bent or dull. Always disinfect it before and after every use, and never share it.
Is microneedling safe for everyone?
Microneedling isn't suitable for everyone. Don't use it on active breakouts, irritated, sunburned or broken skin, or on the eyelids. If you're pregnant, have a skin or scalp condition, or use prescription treatments, check with a dermatologist first.
Is mouth tape safe?
Only use mouth tape if you can breathe comfortably through your nose, and never when you're congested or after alcohol or sedatives. It isn't a treatment for snoring or sleep apnea. If you snore loudly or feel exhausted during the day, talk to a doctor first.
Are your products medical devices?
No. Our products are cosmetic and personal care tools for general wellness use. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and nothing on our website is medical advice.
