Review Policy

At HealthWise, we want you to have honest, useful information before you buy. This page explains where the reviews on our product pages come from, how we choose which ones to show, and what they can and can't tell you.

Where our reviews come from

HealthWise is a new store. Many of the products we sell are also sold through other online marketplaces, where they have already been bought and reviewed by thousands of shoppers around the world. Until we have built up enough reviews from our own customers, the reviews shown on our product pages include reviews originally written by buyers of the same item on other marketplaces.

These reviews were written by real buyers about the same product we sell. They were not written by HealthWise customers, and they do not describe our shipping, packaging or customer service. We only show a review on a product page when it was written about that product; we never move reviews between different products.

How we choose which reviews to show

We show a selection of reviews, not every review a product has received. We focus on reviews that include a written comment and describe the product itself, and we generally do not display reviews that only mention delivery times or packaging from another seller, reviews from buyers who had not yet used the product, or reviews with no written comment. Because of this, the reviews you see are not a complete picture, and the overall rating a product has received elsewhere may be lower than the reviews shown here suggest.

How reviews are presented

We do not rewrite, add to or change the meaning of any review. Reviews written in other languages have been translated into English, and small differences in wording may come from translation. To protect privacy, reviewer names are shortened, and reviewers who chose to stay anonymous are shown as "Anonymous buyer". The country and month shown are those recorded with the original review. Where a review refers to a specific option, such as a size, color or needle length, we note that option beside the review.

Your results may vary

Reviews reflect the personal experience and opinion of individual buyers. Results vary from person to person, and a review is not a guarantee that you will get the same result. Nothing in a review is medical advice. Please read each product's description, directions and safety information before use, and speak to a doctor or dermatologist if you have a skin, scalp or health condition.

Reviews from HealthWise customers

As our store grows, we will add reviews from people who bought directly from HealthWise, and we will make it clear which reviews come from our own customers. If you have bought from us, we would love to hear what you think.
