Chill the ice roller in the freezer before use. Start with clean, dry skin and a disinfected micro roller, then roll in straight lines with light pressure over the face or beard area. Apply your serum, then glide the ice roller in upward, outward strokes over the under-eyes, cheeks and forehead. Choose black or rose red; every kit uses a 0.25mm needle length that suits regular at-home use.

Disinfect the micro roller before and after every use and never share it; replace it after roughly 10 to 15 sessions. Keep the ice roller moving and limit each area to a few seconds.
