Apply a few drops of moisturizer, serum or facial oil to clean, dry skin. Roll over the cheeks, forehead and jaw, and gently around the under-eyes and nose, working upward and outward. Then sweep the gua sha along the jawline toward the ears and across the cheekbones. Five to ten minutes is enough, two or three times a week or daily.
